The Pay Rights campaign is my submission to the D&AD: New Blood Award x Google Fonts brief. The campaign is a concept that focuses on raising awareness about the importance of discussing pay in the workplace. This typography-led initiative features hand-written lettering that gives the campaign a personal and approachable tone. The bubbly typography is to make the topic more normalised and friendly.

The campaign includes discreet card skins and badges that encourage open conversation about pay. Business cards designed as credit cards can be tapped against an NFC-enabled phone to open the campaign's website, which provides information about where a user's salary stands relative to their age and experience.
